“Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises to ensure the health and safety of all
individuals.”

Therefore, following restrictions on smoking and ignition sources are
mandatory:

  • Indoor working areas such as offices, which includes single occupancy offices, public
    spaces, meeting rooms, toilets and washrooms etc., except designated smoking areas
    provided
  • Any outdoor area such as warehouse, workshops, stores etc., where a potential fire
    hazard may exist, except designated smoking areas provided
  • Smoking is prohibited within location-based worksites and hazardous areas, clients’ no
    smoking areas and in company vehicles & equipment’s
  • Areas prohibited by public authorities, set out in federal Law No.24 of 1999 and article
    57 in United Arab Emirates

Designated smoking areas may be provided, contingent upon the implementation of necessary safety measures. This policy applies to all employees and visitors at Royal Classic Contracting. Non-compliance with any aspect of this policy may result in disciplinary action.
